🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS customer success managing a portfolio (10–25 accounts)
  • Strong discovery, consultative, and relationship-building skills; able to engage executive stakeholders
  • Experience with collaboration tools; familiarity with design thinking, agile, or PM methods
  • Analytical, data-driven; able to interpret usage data to drive action
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable with exec-level audiences
  • Highly proactive, organized team player; based in U.S./Canada, travel up to 15%
