📋 Description

  • Own relationship for Lean’s trading and gaming customers from onboarding to renewal.
  • Partner on account strategy, expansion planning, and prioritisation.
  • Drive upsell/cross-sell across funding, withdrawals, recurring payments, and wallets.
  • Lead onboarding and activation for high-frequency, latency-sensitive use cases.
  • Ensure operational readiness across deposits, withdrawals, KYC/AML.
  • Proactively manage risks from traffic spikes, payment failures, or regulatory changes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Direct CSM experience with trading platforms, crypto, or gaming clients.
  • Strong knowledge of real-time payments, funding, and deposits/withdrawals.
  • Wallet infrastructure, reconciliation, and fraud/risk management.
  • KYC/AML and regulatory considerations; able to work with executives.
  • Commercial mindset: renewals, expansions, and revenue outcomes.
  • Cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops.
