📋 Description

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market accounts
  • Onboard new customers and ensure smooth payroll/workforce tool implementation
  • Serve as product expert—helping customers with hiring and payroll best practices
  • Renew books of business and partner with the Growth AE for expansions
  • Proactively monitor account health and identify upsell, training, or risk mitigation
  • Partner with Implementations, Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support to deliver best-in-class customer experience

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation
  • Payroll processing knowledge, labor law compliance, or benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving; translate tech to business stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, UpdateAI)
  • Willing to report to the office up to 5x per week
