🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation
- Payroll processing knowledge, labor law compliance, or benefits administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving; translate tech to business stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, UpdateAI)
- Willing to report to the office up to 5x per week
