📋 Description

  • Manage post-sales activity for AppOmni’s top enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer champions and exec sponsors.
  • Lead the full customer lifecycle to drive adoption and business value.
  • Plan deployment, change management, and adoption programs with customers.
  • Coordinate with the TAM/Implementation Manager for new features.
  • Track adoption trends and suggest improvements to reduce churn.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in SaaS customer success or related roles.
  • Experience with large enterprise customers and C-level executives.
  • SaaS security / Cloud security / IAM experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk; Python a plus.
  • Self-driven with startup experience; strong stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; resolve difficult situations.
