🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in SaaS customer success or related roles.

- SaaS security / Cloud security / IAM experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk; Python a plus.
- Self-driven with startup experience; strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resolve difficult situations.
