Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing projects.
Coordinate with product, software, QA, and operations to align goals and timelines.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards with QA collaboration.
Manage and analyze customer support requests related to software delivery.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in P&C or specialty insurance (underwriting, operations, or product).
Experience in customer success or client-facing roles, or as a software delivery PM.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with quality and timely delivery.
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
