🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on with IEX WFM, CXone WFM, EEM, or ESP.
  • Able to manage a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Track record delivering structured adoption programs at scale.
  • Deep understanding of contact center operations: forecasting, scheduling, intraday.
  • Strong consultative and communication skills for exec and ops audiences.
