📋 Description

  • Own customer success across assigned accounts.

  • 6+ years in customer success, TAM, or similar.
  • Experience in SaaS, telecom or contact center environments.
  • Strong relationship-building; executive engagement.
  • Ability to translate tech into business outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/BI or equivalent.
