  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, retention, and growth

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building
  • Strategic, data-driven approach to customer engagement
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, global teams
  • Experienced leading customer meetings and QBRs
