📋 Description

  • Serve as primary customer contact for post-implementation journey.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in policing or criminal justice IT with knowledge of public safety information systems.
  • Operational Business Process Re-engineering or Business Analysis essential.
  • Proven track record building and nurturing relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; calm under pressure; multitask multiple initiatives.
  • Comfortable dealing with complex customer relationships, decision making, and competing agendas.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field; suitable professional experience considered.
