  • Partner with Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market customers to drive value.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Mgmt, or related B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with Enterprise/Upper Mid-Market accounts and complex products.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of security or technical solutions.
  • Strong business acumen; translate tech into ROI.
  • Proven renewals ownership and net retention.
  • Track record of identifying expansion opportunities.
