- Work with customers to integrate our analytics product into their ecommerce setup and troubleshoot.
- Provide setup support for early-stage customers and growth insights for onboarded clients.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for post-onboarding success and ticket management.
- Prepare for data reviews with customers and deliverables (e.g., conversion lag reports).
- Serve as the first line of support for technical issues via tickets or Slack.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Media Strategy to resolve issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support, preferably enterprise/eCommerce.
- Experience in SaaS B2B software companies.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and marketing analytics (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Seller Center).
- Technical aptitude with troubleshooting integrations and product configurations.
- Ability to partner closely with Onboarding and Support on bugs and technical issues.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD
- OTE: $115,000–$156,000 USD
