π― Requirements
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a similar CS/Support/Services role (e.g., CSM, Helpdesk, Sales Engineer)
- Knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Privileged Access Service solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic) a plus
- Comfortable interfacing with complex multi-divisional clients, preferably at director level
- Understand high level technical product aspects; provide business and technical solutions
