  • Be the client advocate and product specialist for assigned customers
  • Develop scalable methods for communicating best practices to customers
  • Identify at-risk accounts and escalate as needed
  • Deliver remote services including installation, onboarding, and training
  • Regularly monitor customer health and share results with regional teams
  • Proactively manage and grow customer relationships; identify key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in a similar CS/Support/Services role (e.g., CSM, Helpdesk, Sales Engineer)
  • Knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Privileged Access Service solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic) a plus
  • Comfortable interfacing with complex multi-divisional clients, preferably at director level
  • Understand high level technical product aspects; provide business and technical solutions
