  • Strong executive relationships, communication, presentation, and problem-solving
  • Navigate complex matrixed client relationships; drive retention
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; process builder/flow automations and reports
  • Translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
