📋 Description

  • Develop strategic relationships with customers and craft Success Plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in SaaS customer success or account management.
  • Strong IT acumen in User Access Management, authentication, device management, MDM, security, and system administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-value accounts.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications with strong listening skills.
  • Proactive, independent approach with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
