  • Drive strategic, value-based relationships with key decision makers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS Customer Success experience.
  • HR tech or HR SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience using Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Customer education: drive training to adoption.
  • Account Management: manage time across your book of business.
  • Industry Knowledge: deep HR user persona understanding.
  • Business Acumen: drive retention and growth strategies.
  • Resourceful: solve problems and manage risk.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
