  • Deliver advanced Kubernetes and cloud infra support (provisioning, networking, scaling, registry).
  • Troubleshoot production issues affecting cluster performance, pod scheduling, ingress, storage, security.
  • Guide onboarding, migrations, and adoption of Kubernetes; design scalable architectures.
  • Escalation point for high-impact Kubernetes issues; coordinate with Engineering and Product.
  • Mentor IC1/IC2 engineers; contribute to docs, playbooks, and automation.
  • Use observability and monitoring tools to diagnose system behavior and bottlenecks.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4โ€“7+ years in technical support, SRE, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) with hands-on production clusters.
  • Strong hands-on Kubernetes production experience (management, deployments, troubleshooting).
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes components (API server, etcd, scheduler, controller manager, kubelet).
  • Solid Linux, cloud infra, and distributed systems background.
  • Strong networking knowledge: Kubernetes networking, ingress, load balancing, and storage (PV/CSI).
