📋 Description

  • Provide enterprise-level technical support via phone, web, email, and chat.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in enterprise technical support/DevOps with advanced issue resolution.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • VMware, Linux, Kubernetes; GCP, AWS, Azure; SQL; Python/Perl.
  • Hands-on cloud deployment experience.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the full tech stack.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
