  • Collaborate with enterprise customers to ensure adoption and satisfaction with Rasa.
  • Provide technical guidance to optimize customers' AI assistants with best practices.
  • Support customers through issue resolution, escalating when needed.
  • Capture and relay customer insights to product and engineering teams.
  • Participate in internal training and education sessions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise in Rasa or equivalent NLP/LLM-based tech.
  • Experience with customer leadership teams and technical/business decision-makers.
  • Experience with Python or Full Stack apps in the cloud; Kubernetes DevOps is ideal.
  • Nice to have experience with on-prem licensed software.
  • Ability to lead in customer meetings and public settings.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
