πŸ“‹ Description

  • Design and execute CS/S enablement programs for retention and growth.
  • Develop enablement content and coaching tools to drive adoption and behavior change.
  • Define success metrics with leadership and CS Ops; monitor adoption, retention, expansion.
  • Drive tool adoption in Gainsight, Gong, Glean, via micro-training.
  • Align enablement with GTM strategy; partner with CS leadership, CS Ops, RevOps, Product Enablement, Partner Success.
  • Own onboarding for CS/Support roles, including learning paths, milestones, certifications, and scalable eLearning.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in CS Enablement or Revenue Enablement
  • Strong retention, expansion, adoption, and renewals in SaaS
  • Experience using data/metrics to guide enablement impact
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Gong, Glean, Salesforce, and Showpad
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable training, coaching frameworks, and scalable programs
  • Cross-functional collaboration and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Travel up to 10%
