📋 Description

• Act as primary technical contact for Fastly customers.
• Build long-term relationships with proactive support.
• Post-sales implementation of Fastly products: logs, image optimization, VCL.
• Identify challenges and develop solutions that balance impact and effort.
• Help investigate and improve customer implementation and utilization.
• Mentor Cloud Engineers and advocate for customers internally.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Pre-Sales or Post-Sales roles.
• Background in CDNs, Cloud, or internet infrastructure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical experience with HTTP, DNS; Varnish and VCL.
• Unix/*nix operating systems and networking basics.
• HLS and DASH workflows knowledge.
