📋 Description

  • Act as the customer’s Fastly architect and trusted technical advisor.
  • Develop technical relationships with multiple customer contacts.
  • Post-sales implementation of Fastly products (logging endpoints, image optimization, VCL).
  • Identify challenges early and coordinate internal escalation and solutions.
  • Improve customer implementations and utilization with Sales and Account Management.
  • Mentor Cloud Engineers and provide technical advisement on deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Pre- or Post-Sales in Sales Engineering or Technical Support.
  • Strong relationship-building and excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Technical background in CDNs, Cloud, and internet infrastructure.
  • Empathy and customer-focused mindset.
  • HTTP, TCP, TLS, DNS; Varnish, VCL; Unix-like OS.
  • HLS and DASH workflow knowledge.
