Work with regional account teams and CSMs to support the regional book of business.
Drive customer retention and expansion through relationships and account reviews.
Provide proactive technical guidance across all Cloudflare products.
Travel 20-30% to meet customers and attend events.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of post-sales experience in cybersecurity or internet tech.
Fluent in German and English.
IT degree desirable; Master a plus.
Deep understanding of OSI, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP.
Experience with reverse/forward proxies and applications.
Demonstrated experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash).
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize.
