π― Requirements
- 8+ years of post-sales customer relationship management
- Deep understanding of internet fundamentals: OSI, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP
- Experience with reverse and forward proxies and their applications
- Proficiency in scripting: Python, JavaScript, Bash
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize
- Fluent in English and Swedish
