Senior Customer Reliability Engineer, W&B

📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical partner for enterprise customers, owning reliability.
• Understand customer architectures and ML workloads to guide optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the Weights & Biases platform, APIs, and environments.
• Reproduce, isolate, and document product issues with engineering.
• Build tools and automation to diagnose issues and improve workflows.
• Provide architectural and operational guidance to scale experiments and AI workloads.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support, customer engineering, or reliability roles.
• Expert in Python with debugging, profiling, and production-grade development.
• Strong CS background (BS in CS or equivalent).
• Experience with large-scale, high-availability systems (Kubernetes, cloud).
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace.
• Exceptional communication with customer teams, execs, and internal stakeholders.
