  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles at financial institutions, FinTech, or crypto.
  • English fluency; French a bonus.
  • Strong multi-stakeholder management in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto markets, custody models, and cross-border payments.
  • Experience with African financial markets preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building across cross-functional, global teams.
