🎯 Requirements

6+ years in operations or program management; tech/insurance/fintech preferred.
3+ years hands-on AI/automation: prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI design.
2+ years leading teams with a track record of developing high-performing ICs.
Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, translating needs into tech.
Strong data fluency: SQL, BI tools, turning metrics into decisions.
Remote work experience; College degree.
