Support broker/dealer partners to complete Hire Purchase deals.
Assess affordability using Underwriting Guidelines, Credit Risk models, and Open Banking.
Make lending decisions with initial guidance.
Identify automation and AI improvements; collaborate with Engineering.
Set and track KPIs with Car Finance Ops Lead, GM and Head of Risk.
Provide real-time customer support via email, phone and WhatsApp.

🎯 Requirements

Customer-facing experience in online support or underwriting.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Willing to work some weekends and bank holidays.
Minimum 3 days in the office per week.
Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player.
Curious, eager to learn and open to feedback.
