- Represent Brandwatch in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software onboarding or customer-facing roles.
- 3+ years with enterprise accounts, designing complex solutions and data infrastructures.
- Fluent English; a second European language is a plus.
- Ability to own complex onboarding projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of social data analysis and social media management platforms.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to adapt to new software and evolving needs.
