- Strong written and verbal storytelling; translate customer outcomes into content.
- Excellent project management, collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking; analyze customer insights and translate into actionable programs.
- Customer-centric mindset; passion for amplifying customer voices and high-impact stories.
