Senior Customer Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide timely technical expertise on Collibra products to customers and partners.
• Map solutions to value across large, dynamic customers, bridging business and technical needs.
• Advised and support customers' technical stakeholders to accelerate adoption.
• Create and maintain lab environments and playbooks for successful demos and evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Product team by sharing field observations and customer insights.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer engineering or similar, plus 4+ years in data ecosystem.
• Understanding of two or more: data governance, catalogs, integration, quality, privacy.
• Familiar with cloud data infra incl Snowflake, Databricks, data lakes, lakehouses, APIs.
• Hands-on experience configuring, integrating, troubleshooting enterprise software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
