  • Own multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, webinars, events) to drive handraisers.
  • Align campaigns to renewal and cross-sell opportunities across product lines.
  • Partner with CAMs, RevOps, and Product Marketing to grow the customer base.
  • Build and scale advocacy programs (G2 reviews, references, stories).
  • Translate customer outcomes into compelling proof points and assets.
  • Equip CAMs with repeatable campaign kits and enablement materials.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or advocacy (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline via customer campaigns.
  • Experience building/scaling customer advocacy programs (G2, references, case studies).
  • Strong messaging/positioning to translate product into customer value.
  • Skilled in campaign operations and marketing automation (Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Collaborates across Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
