  • Lead customer assurance for Kong AI products; primary security/compliance contact.
  • Support all customer assurance requests including security questionnaires and AI questions.
  • Attend customer calls to explain Kong's security posture, AI controls, data handling.
  • Advise Product/Engineering on security/compliance; embed secure-by-design in AI.
  • Ensure AI offerings meet enterprise security expectations; surface assurance feedback.
  • Drive audit readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC 2; coordinate with Compliance.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years in security, compliance, GRC, or customer assurance.
  • Experience with AI security, responsible AI, or model governance.
  • Familiarity with NIST, GDPR, CSA STAR.
  • CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
  • Experience with API management, developer platforms, or cloud-based SaaS.
