Lead customer assurance for Kong AI products; primary security/compliance contact.
Support all customer assurance requests including security questionnaires and AI questions.
Attend customer calls to explain Kong's security posture, AI controls, data handling.
Advise Product/Engineering on security/compliance; embed secure-by-design in AI.
Ensure AI offerings meet enterprise security expectations; surface assurance feedback.
Drive audit readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC 2; coordinate with Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
5-8 years in security, compliance, GRC, or customer assurance.
Experience with AI security, responsible AI, or model governance.
Familiarity with NIST, GDPR, CSA STAR.
CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
Experience with API management, developer platforms, or cloud-based SaaS.
