📋 Description

  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships (Accounting, PE, VC)
  • Serve as trusted advisor to partners, understanding goals and challenges
  • Develop and deliver partner onboarding and education on Ramp’s integrations
  • Drive onboarding at scale with partners and their customers

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Success
  • Fluency with partner ecosystem operations
  • Exceptional project management and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering to share feedback and troubleshoot
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions accordingly
