🎯 Requirements

  • 6-8 years in Enablement, L&D, Sales, Revenue Ops or similar
  • Design clean intuitive learning materials across modalities
  • Experience owning projects delivering quality products on short timeframes
  • Track record designing training content with measurable impact
  • Understanding of sales processes in a high-velocity environment
  • Experience owning relationships with GTM stakeholders
  • Expertise using data to inform decisions
