- Execute Crypto Compliance Framework controls; suggest updates from day-to-day ops.

🎯 Requirements
- 4-5 years in financial crime compliance (AML/CTF) in fintech or crypto.
- Solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchains, wallets, and compliance tools.
- Hands-on with crypto vendors (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, Notabene, Sumsub).
- Familiarity with MiCA, Travel Rule, FATF guidance and VASP licensing.
- Experience onboarding crypto-exposed clients; able to translate regs into controls.
- Strong written and verbal English; French is a plus.
