๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Build multi-channel lifecycle programmes (SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app)
  • Own retention, churn prevention and upsell outcomes
  • Design automated journeys and run experiments
  • Analyze results and scale winning programmes across markets
  • Partner with Product, Commercial and Operations to drive growth
  • Scale CRM across 5 African markets (Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, South Africa)

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years building and scaling CRM or lifecycle marketing
  • MVNO experience preferred
  • Hands-on in CRM tools: Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, Customer.io, Iterable
  • Experience migrating platforms (e.g., Mailchimp โ†’ Braze)
  • Focus on business outcomes: LTV, retention, upsell
  • Strong experiments design and A/B testing
