  • Backgrounds in MVNO, super-apps, mobile gaming, or high-frequency subscriptions.
  • Built CRM systems, not just optimized them.
  • Hands-on in CRM platforms daily: Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, Customer.io, Iterable.
  • Focus on business outcomes: LTV growth, retention revenue, upsell.
  • Run rigorous experiments with clear hypotheses and control groups.
