🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years building and scaling CRM or lifecycle marketing.
  • Background in MVNO, super-apps, mobile gaming, or high-frequency fintech.
  • Hands-on with Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, Customer.io, Iterable.
  • Experience migrating platforms (Mailchimp β†’ Braze).
  • Strong data-driven approach; measure LTV, retention, renewals.
  • Proven ability to run rigorous experiments.
