  • Lifecycle Strategy: Design full-funnel journeys to convert leads and retain merchants.
  • Funnel Optimization: Own CRM funnel metrics across stages and reduce drop-offs.

  • Event & Data Logic: Define CRM events and triggers with Product & Data.
  • CRM Hygiene & Integration: Maintain data health; fix duplicates and invalid events.
  • Segmentation & Rules: Own segmentation criteria, lifecycle rules, and eligibility logic.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Proven conversion rate improvements via CRM programs.
  • Experience managing CRM agencies.
  • Data-driven with working knowledge of UTM, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Comfort collaborating with tech teams on events, APIs, and CRM logic.
  • Experience with Braze and Salesforce.
