📋 Description

• Design high-quality email creative across the full customer lifecycle.
• Create visually compelling emails balancing brand, clarity and performance.
• Collaborate with CRM managers and copywriters from brief to delivery.
• Define scalable CRM email design that strengthens brand love.
• Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to deliver CRM creative.
• Embed and champion the refreshed brand across CRM touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive design experience with hands-on CRM and email design.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-performing email design.
• Deep understanding of responsive email design across devices.
• Experience building templates, modules and design systems.
• Experience designing for global audiences and multiple markets/languages.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Iterable CRM platform is a strong plus.
