🎯 Requirements

5+ years in credit or underwriting (Fintech/ SMB/ commercial).
Strong credit fundamentals: financial statement analysis and cash flow.
Direct deal experience: negotiating with customers during underwriting.
Builder mindset in a high-growth environment with evolving tooling.
Cross-functional fluency across Sales, Legal, Product and Eng.
Exposure to regulated lending or governance practices is a plus.
