- Own creative operations end to end: intake, scoping, prioritization, traffic

🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management
- Hands-on experience managing creative workflows, resourcing, and capacity planning
- Strong prioritization and judgment on what needs attention now vs later
- Working knowledge of PM practices for scope, scheduling, coordination, risk management
- Asana experience; create clarity through consistent processes and clean project hygiene
- Ability to partner cross-functionally across time zones without losing momentum
- A relationship-builder who drives accountability with clarity and care
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership from kickoff to delivery
