📋 Description

  • Own creative operations end to end: intake, scoping, prioritization, traffic
  • Manage resourcing and capacity planning for the creative team
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies; surface risks early
  • Coordinate planning and production for video/photo shoots and other initiatives
  • Own Asana as the team’s PM hub, including documentation, adoption, and workflows
  • Support marketing campaigns by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and retros
  • Be the creative team contact in cross-functional DACIs; align with marketing, product, sales
  • Track and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, reporting, and status updates

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management
  • Hands-on experience managing creative workflows, resourcing, and capacity planning
  • Strong prioritization and judgment on what needs attention now vs later
  • Working knowledge of PM practices for scope, scheduling, coordination, risk management
  • Asana experience; create clarity through consistent processes and clean project hygiene
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally across time zones without losing momentum
  • A relationship-builder who drives accountability with clarity and care
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership from kickoff to delivery
