  • Oversee calendars and post-production across video, events, and studios.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Creative Operations, Design Program Management, or PM.
  • Mastery of Monday.com for configuration and automation.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or Looker for analytics.
  • Production lifecycle knowledge; CAD or 3D fabrication a plus.
  • Capacity forecasting and headcount planning skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
