  • Manage the GTM creative pipeline; own intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Translate briefs into production-ready work with Brand, PMM, and Lifecycle teams.
  • Lead review cycles; consolidate notes and keep approvals moving quickly.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches; maintain launch timelines and flag risks.
  • Maintain creative ops infrastructure; manage Asana, assets, naming, and handoffs.
  • Manage external vendors and freelancers; set expectations and ensure quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in PM or creative operations across brand, product marketing, and lifecycle.
  • Experience running creative production across multiple marketing functions simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of digital campaign production; coordinate across channels.
  • Familiarity with product launch and GTM; landing pages, decks, paid social, email.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors; onboarding freelancers and agencies.
  • Strong command of project management tools at scale; drive adoption across 20+ users.
