• Translate brand strategies into user journeys; plan flows and edge cases.
• Apply AI tools in ideation, copy, image generation, and prototyping.
• Prototype ideas quickly in Figma, light code, or AI workflows.
• Build highly polished decks with compelling visuals and rationale.
• Collaborate with art direction, copy, UX, motion, and engineering.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to mid-level and junior designers.
• Present concepts and rationale to leadership and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital design/UI/creative roles; strong portfolio.
• UI Mastery: strong fundamentals; fluent in Figma and component design.
• Conceptual Range: think emotionally for brands and logically for digital systems.
• AI Fluency: hands-on with AI tools for image, video, copy, prototyping.
• Communication & Pitching: clear storytelling; persuasive design rationales.
• Collaboration & Autonomy: self-starter; collaborative; ego-free.
• Adaptability: iterate quickly on client feedback.
• Plus: code literacy (HTML/CSS) and motion design (AE/Principle) a plus.
