📋 Description

• Review leveraged finance and high yield docs for distressed analysis

• Write reports on secondary situations with lawyers and analysts

• Answer client questions about covenant packages for borrowers/issuers

• Use 9fin tech to build and expand restructuring and LME databases

• Deliver seminars, teach-ins and podcasts as SME

• Represent 9fin in press and at industry conferences and events

🎯 Requirements

• JD with 5+ years in restructuring or leveraged finance at top law firm

• Experience drafting/negotiating high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and Chapter 11 docs

• Commercial awareness of leveraged finance and restructuring markets

• Strong technical understanding of covenants and definitions

• Existing network of relationships within leveraged finance community

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
