🎯 Requirements
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academics.
- 6-8 years of substantial legal experience at top firm or corporate.
- Passion for accelerating renewable energy adoption.
- Expert knowledge of M&A issues and deal points in MIPAs/APAs.
- Experience drafting and negotiating MIPAs and APAs for projects.
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-lawyers.
