📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate loan facilities, security documents and guarantees.
• Advise on structuring finance transactions backed by art and collectibles across jurisdictions.
• Conduct due diligence and facilitate closings.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and operating best practices.
• Ensure policies reflect negotiated terms and comply with laws.
• Partner internally to identify process improvements and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant banking/finance law experience; in-house preferred.
• JD and NY State Bar in good standing.
• Strong work ethic, multitask, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities and legal risk.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work product.
• Exceptional drafting, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
