• J.D. with 7+ years in top law firm and in-house at a public company.
• Deep expertise in US securities regs, corporate law, governance; SEC filings.
• Administer equity compensation programs including executive and broad-based plans.
• Working knowledge of public company accounting principles and financials.
• Strategic, practical thinker; communicates regulatory matters to leadership.
• Active US state bar in good standing; ability to leverage AI tools.
