Senior Counsel, Regulatory Litigation

📋 Description

• Manage a fast-paced docket of litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Develop, execute, and assess Coinbase's worldwide litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with team to prepare evidentiary presentations and settlements.
• Draft and file pleadings and briefs as needed.
• Engage outside counsel to represent Coinbase effectively.
• Work collegially with the legal team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of litigation or regulatory investigation experience.
• Experience managing and resolving strategic litigation.
• Experience with regulatory investigations and financial regulatory enforcement actions.
• Experience with third party subpoenas from regulatory agencies.
• Juris Doctor; US bar in good standing; crypto regulatory understanding.
• Strong negotiation skills; ability to manage outside counsel.
